If our staff determine that any required supporting documents are missing on the day of your scheduled appointment, you may return within five (5) working days without the need to book a new appointment in order to submit your application. You will be accommodated as a walk in without any extra charge, by showing the appointment confirmation letter of your initial appointment at the VAC entrance.

Should you be unable to return within this timeframe, you may make use of our Walk-in Service upon availability on the day of your visit, subject to the applicable fee.

Alternatively, you may choose to schedule a new appointment for a later date once all required supporting documents have been obtained.
