Kindly note that GVCW has no reason to cancel an appointment without prior notice and communication with the applicant.

Please be advised that applicants have the option to cancel or modify their appointments by logging into their accounts using their personal credentials. For security reasons, your username and password should always remain confidential and should not be shared with third parties.

If you did not book the appointment yourself, it is possible that the person managing your account, i.e. someone with access to your login credentials, may have cancelled it. In this case, we would advise you to contact this person directly for further clarification.

Please also note that whenever an appointment is cancelled, our platform automatically sends a notification email to the applicant.
